Ella came into the industry at fifteen with a clear sense of purpose - five years behind the chair gave her an intimate understanding of the salon environment, what clients need, and what it takes to deliver a consistently exceptional experience.

When the opportunity came to step into a broader role, she embraced it. As Client Services Manager, Ella is the connective tissue of Blonde Poetry - working closely with the team and with Chanel to ensure every element of the salon operates with the care and precision the brand is known for.

Her background as a hairdresser means she understands the demands of the floor from the inside, and brings that understanding to everything she does.
