We’re searching for our new Senior Stylists

BUNGENDORE - We reinvented a former Art gallery on Gibraltar Street in the heart of Bungendore. The interior is warm and inviting, with curved walls, natural textures and dappled light that shifts through the day. Partnered with L’Oreal, Kerastase and Redkin, we didn't just open a hair salon in Bungendore. We built a Blonde Poetry Country Edit.

GUNGAHLIN - Blonde Poetry Gungahlin is part of the wider Blonde Poetry brand. Across all Blonde Poetry salons, our team works to shared standards, delivering reliable results and a professional, considered client experience. You'll find us in Gungahlin Town Centre, right on the lake our salon sit out has been recently updated and you'll love the calm environment.

Senior Stylists

  • A full-time position for a fully qualified Senior Stylist with at least five years of experience

The numbers.

  • $35 - $50 per hour + overtime
  • 20 - 50% service commission
  • 10% retail commission - uncapped
  • Travel allowance included - for the Bungendore Salon

We want our team to feel financially confident with room to grow, not capped if you are performing.

EARNING & GROWTH

  • Hourly rates between $35-$50 per hour + overtime (depending on your role)
  • 20%-50% service commission (based on experience and performance)
  • 10% retail commission (uncapped)
