For significant colour changes, colour correction, extensions or services requiring additional planning, a separate consultation may be recommended prior to booking. All pricing is provided as a guide only. Final pricing depends on factors such as hair length, thickness, previous colour history, desired outcome and the time required. Colour correction is a specialised service that addresses complex or uneven colour. Because every head of hair responds differently, colour correction is often completed over multiple appointments. While we always work towards the best possible outcome, exact results cannot be guaranteed - particularly for corrective or transformational services. Hair history, condition and response to colour all play a role. Our approach prioritises hair integrity and long-term results over rushing the process. Every appointment includes time for a consultation with your stylist on the day.
Unless advised otherwise, please arrive with clean, dry hair. Bringing inspiration images can be helpful, and being open about your hair history, including previous salon work or home colouring, allows us to plan your service accurately and safely.
Our stations are set up for you to settle in, whether that’s catching up on work or enjoying some quiet downtime. We’ll look after you with tea, coffee, refreshments (depending on the time of day) and light snacks, and you’re welcome to order food from Two Blind Mice next door. We want you to feel welcome, relaxed and genuinely enjoy your time with us.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, however adjustments are subject to time availability and suitability. In some cases, services may need to be rebooked to ensure they receive the appropriate time and care. If you are not sure please call ahead to check.
Some services - particularly colour, extensions and corrective work - can take longer depending on how the hair responds. If this occurs, your stylist will communicate with you during your appointment. Our priority is quality and hair health rather than rushing a service.
Yes. We offer professional in-salon treatments, including Kérastase rituals and K18 add-on treatments. These may be recommended by your stylist based on your hair’s condition and the service being performed.
Maintenance schedules vary depending on your service and hair goals. Your stylist will recommend a personalised plan that supports hair health, colour longevity and ongoing condition.
Beauty services are available through XOXO Beauty, located next to Blonde Poetry in Curtin. Services include brows, lashes, facials and waxing. Beauty appointments are booked separately and may be coordinated alongside your hair appointment where availability allows. FIND OUT MORE
Babies under 6 months are welcome to come with you. However for safety, comfort and the experience of all clients, children are not permitted to attend appointments unless they are booked in for a service themselves. Our salons contain chemicals, tools and equipment that require close supervision and we don’t have room for little ones to be safely and comfortably accommodated.
Appointments are recommended to ensure we can provide the time and care your service requires. Walk-ins may be accommodated where availability allows, but cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. You’re welcome to request a specific stylist when booking. Availability varies, and our Client Services team can assist if you’re unsure who to book with.
Yes. If you prefer a quieter or low-conversation appointment, simply let us know when booking or mention it at the start of your visit.
Parking availability varies by location. We recommend allowing extra time, particularly during busy periods.
