Refund policy

At Blonde Poetry, we comply with Australian Consumer Law and are committed to providing quality products and service. Please read the information below carefully before making a product purchase.

Returns & Exchanges - Retail Products

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges for unused, unopened hair care products in their original packaging.

Refunds, exchanges, or credits may be available if:

  • The product is faulty
  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product is not fit for a purpose made known to us before purchase

Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. After this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

In some cases, items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment before a resolution can be provided.

For electrical or hair styling equipment believed to be faulty, please call 0403 225 042 for troubleshooting before returning the item.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If you have purchased the incorrect item and it remains unopened and unused, we will do our best to offer an exchange where possible.
  4. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued unless you choose to wait for the next available shipment.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact the salon and return your item to:

Please Note

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Online orders are shipped Tuesday to Saturday only.
