Zeldene holds an ITEC Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Specialist, an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Body Treatments, and certificates in Eyelash Extensions and Nimue Skincare. She brings both rigorous training and a genuine philosophy of care to everything she does at XOXO.
Her approach to skin health is holistic and intentional - she works with technique, touch and considered product knowledge rather than relying on any single element alone. Facials are her speciality, and what she loves most about them is the full experience they offer: the results, yes, but also the sense of being truly attended to in an unhurried, calm space.
