1. ELIGIBILITY

The Summer Hair Care Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Australia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority where they live. Internet access and a valid email address are required. Proof of age and residency may be requested.

Employees, officers, and directors of Blonde Poetry ("Sponsor") and their parents, affiliates, agencies, and contractors (together, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), plus their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. "Immediate family" means spouse/partner, parents, guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their spouses. "Household" means people sharing a residence at least three (3) months a year.

If a single household enters using more than five (5) unique email addresses, all entries from that household may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

By entering, you agree to follow these Rules and accept Sponsor's decisions - including its interpretation of the Rules and selection of the winner - as final and binding. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 2 October 2026 at 12:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and closes on 21 December 2026 at 11:59 PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) ways to receive entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Email newsletter signup is required for entry. Social media follows and friend referrals are optional ways to receive bonus entries.

3A. EMAIL NEWSLETTER SIGNUP - REQUIRED ENTRY

Complete the designated giveaway entry form and subscribe to the Sponsor's email newsletter. You will receive one (1) entry.

All required information must be provided. By subscribing, you consent to receive marketing emails from Blonde Poetry. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting an otherwise valid giveaway entry.

3B. SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWS - BONUS ENTRIES

After completing the required email entry, entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry for each of the following nominated Blonde Poetry social media accounts they follow:

• Blonde Poetry Instagram - one (1) bonus entry

• Blonde Poetry Retail Instagram - one (1) bonus entry

• Blonde Poetry Bungendore Instagram - one (1) bonus entry

• Blonde Poetry Facebook - one (1) bonus entry

A maximum of four (4) bonus entries may be earned through social media follows.

Existing followers may claim the relevant bonus entry or entries. The relevant account must remain followed until the winner is drawn for the associated bonus entry to remain valid.

3C. REFER A FRIEND - BONUS ENTRIES

After completing the required email entry, entrants may refer friends using their unique referral link provided through the designated Sweepstakes form.

Each successful qualifying referral earns three (3) bonus entries, up to a maximum of two (2) successful referrals per entrant, for a maximum of six (6) referral bonus entries.

A referral is considered successful when another eligible person uses the entrant's unique referral link and completes a valid giveaway entry.

Referrals must be genuine and made to another person. Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate or invalid entries will not qualify for bonus entries.

GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS

A maximum of eleven (11) entries may be earned per eligible entrant: one (1) email signup entry, up to four (4) social media follow bonus entries, and up to six (6) referral bonus entries.

Each entry must include all requested information. Entries generated through third-party automated services, scripts or bots are void.

Email addresses cannot be shared between entrants. Using multiple identities or email addresses to obtain additional base entries may result in the entries being voided and the entrant being disqualified.

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical issues or for incorrect, incomplete or illegible contact information.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.).

By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Facebook from liability arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes. Any questions or comments regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram or Facebook.

4. DRAWING AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected on 22 December 2026 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM

The potential winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided at entry on or about 22 December 2026.

The winner will also be announced through Blonde Poetry's official channels once eligibility has been verified and the Prize has been accepted.

Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for failed delivery, spam filters, full inboxes or outdated contact information. Notification is deemed complete when the email is sent.

The potential winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and Prize Acceptance Agreement (the "Declaration") within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, undeliverable notification or other non-compliance results in forfeiture, and an alternate may be selected - up to three (3) alternates, after which the Prize goes unawarded.

The potential winner is confirmed as the "winner" only after Sponsor verifies eligibility.

Only one (1) Prize will be awarded. If multiple bona fide claimants come forward, the winner will be selected by random drawing among them, and that drawing is the entrants' sole remedy.

6. PRIZE

The prize: Hair Care For a Year, consisting of the following components (the "Prize"):

Consultation - One (1) personalised hair and scalp consultation with a Blonde Poetry stylist, conducted in salon where the winner is able to attend a Blonde Poetry salon, or by video call where they are unable to attend in person.

Haircare Plan - A personalised Kérastase haircare routine selected by the stylist, comprising shampoo, conditioner or masque, heat protection, and dry shampoo chosen to suit the winner's hair.

A Year of Care - Products delivered across the twelve (12) months of the year, with the routine adjusted as seasons change. Winners who are able to attend a Blonde Poetry salon also receive a monthly blow-dry and targeted in-salon treatment. Winners who are unable to attend a Blonde Poetry salon receive a monthly treatment product delivered by post instead, with postage covered by Sponsor.

Approximate retail value (ARV): AUD $1,916.00. Actual value may vary with condition and market; any difference between ARV and actual value will not be paid out.

Nothing in these Rules excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

The Prize is non-transferable, with no cash equivalent or substitution except at Sponsor's discretion. If Sponsor cannot deliver the Prize as described, it may award cash for the ARV or a comparable substitute. If the winner does not accept or use any portion of the Prize, the unused portion is forfeited.

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs tied to the Prize not expressly covered by Sponsor. The Prize value will be reported as required by applicable Australian law. Sponsor will not replace lost, stolen, mutilated, or undeliverable Prize components.

Salon services forming part of the Prize must be booked and redeemed in accordance with Blonde Poetry's standard salon policies and are subject to availability. Monthly product deliveries and salon appointments will be scheduled and coordinated directly between the winner and Sponsor following confirmation of eligibility. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the timing, sequencing, and logistics of Prize delivery.

7. PUBLICITY

To the extent allowed by law, the winner grants Sweepstakes Parties (and their successors and licensees) the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use their name, social handles, likeness, voice, biography, and place of residence in advertising, marketing, and promotion related to this Sweepstakes, in any media, without further notice, permission, or compensation beyond the Prize itself. All rights in such advertising belong to Sponsor and its licensors; the winner waives any related claims.

8. FORCE MAJEURE AND MODIFICATION

If the Sweepstakes is disrupted by events outside Sponsor's reasonable control - including fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, labour disputes, equipment or service failure, civil unrest, terrorism, war, government action, or interference by any party - Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it. Sponsor may also modify, suspend, or terminate if anything corrupts the integrity, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may award the Prize via random drawing among non-suspect, eligible entries received before the disruption.

9. CONDUCT

Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for entrants' attempts to circumvent these Rules or to interfere with the Sweepstakes. They reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who is, or is suspected of, violating the Rules, behaving disruptively, harassing others, or tampering with the entry process - and to void all related entries.

Caution: Any attempt to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes violates criminal and civil law. Sweepstakes Parties may pursue damages and remedies (including legal costs) to the fullest extent permitted.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible or liable for: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or garbled entries or communications; (b) inaccurate entry information or failed transmissions; (c) unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries; (d) technical failures of any equipment, network, or service involved; (e) unavailability of the internet or website, or any hardware/software issue; or (f) injury or damage to anyone's device related to participation.

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or other causes corrupting its integrity, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it, and may award the Prize via random drawing among non-suspect entries received up to that point.

11. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

By entering, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, costs (including legal fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions for injury, death, damage, or loss arising from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes (including travel); (ii) receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of the Prize (including travel); (iii) any publicity, privacy, defamation, false-light, or intellectual property claim; (iv) registration material; or (v) any error in printing, offering, selecting, operating, or announcing the Sweepstakes or Prize.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the applicable laws of Australia.

Nothing in these Rules excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, remedies, guarantees, warranties or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

13. PRIVACY

By entering, you consent to Sponsor sharing your name, address, and other information with third parties as needed to administer the Sweepstakes and comply with applicable laws. Sponsor may also use your information to communicate about the Sweepstakes or include you on a winners' list.

Where an entrant has subscribed to Blonde Poetry's email newsletter as part of entering the Sweepstakes, their information may also be used to send marketing communications in accordance with the consent provided at entry and Blonde Poetry's Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Entry is governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://blondepoetry.com/. If the Privacy Policy and these Rules conflict, these Rules control.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

If any part of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. Headings are for convenience only. Entrants waive any claim that these Rules are ambiguous.

If anything in marketing materials, social posts, privacy policies, or terms of use conflicts with these Rules, these Rules prevail, and Sponsor will resolve the discrepancy at its sole discretion.

15. WINNER LIST

To request the winner's name following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, send a written request by email to info@blondepoetry.com with the subject line "Winner List Request - Summer Hair Care Giveaway," to be received by 28 February 2027.
